We’re an exclusive gym where you will be guided towards your goals, without ever feeling like ‘just a number’.
A combination of highly educated coaches, top notch equipment and a self-developed fitness application together with a limited availability of memberships is the ideal combination to get results. All you have to do is pick the right membership, show up and put in the work.
Since there is no one-size-fits-all we offer three different membership options in which we believe there is an ideal solution for almost everyone. We provide every member with their own tailored program, both in training and nutrition. That means every month you will have a sit down with one of our coaches to check your progress and we’ll make adjustments to the program(s) when necessary. With the Aurum Strength Fitness Application, you have the possibility to fill out a weekly feedback form which gives us coaches insight as to when and where to make adjustments to the training and nutrition program.

Parking:
There is plenty of parking in the street in front of the gym. It is a paying zone, however the first 2 hours are free. We recommend using an app on your phone that doesn’t require any administration fee (eg. Seety – use referral code I9J7G9UQ for 1€ of credit), which means that you’ll enjoy 2 hours of free parking every time you visit us.
